Author cuisine is more than just food; it’s a story, emotions, and bold experiments that transform gastronomy.

In Ukraine, this trend is rapidly developing: local products are combined with modern techniques, and traditional recipes gain new interpretations.
In this selection, we present seven unique restaurants that will open the world of author cuisine to you.
